The prosecution demands a deferred sentence for Nyaklyayeu – 3 years of imprisonment.
They are standing trial together with Alyaksandr Fyaduta, Syarhei Vaznyak, Andrei Dzmitryyeu and Nasta Palazhanka.
The hearing is taking place in Minsk Frunze District Court (Dunin-Martsinkyevich Street, 1/2).
