Drozd, Kirkevich and Vinahradau have pled not guilty of participation in mass disorders. Hamichenka has partially pled guilty. Pratasenya has pled guilty.
15.34 Next witness - Aleh (surname has been unheard), policeman. He recognized Hamichenka, he saw him in the Independence Square. He was on duty on December 19, first in the reserve, then he moved to the Independence Square from the side of the Red Catholic Church at about 22.00. He saw a crowd behind Lenin's monument. He says that people were screaming and moving. He saw fishrods in their hands.
