Ministry of Information: ?We just decided this now for no special reasons!"

This is how the officials of the Ministry of Information explained their decision to close the newspapers "Nasha Niva" and "Narodnaya Volya" to Euroradio.

The Ministry of Information has addressed to the Supreme Economic Court asking to close the newspapers "Nasha Niva" and "Narodnaya Volya" on April 25. "Nasha Niva's" editor-in-chief Andrej Skurko has informed to Euroradio that he found this out only on April 27 in the afternoon, from BELTA news agency. Now, he says, the oldest Belarusian newspaper will defend its right to exist in court.

Kulyashou confirms detention of terrorist?s father and brother

Vital Daineka ? 14th blast victim

Vital Daineka has died in emergency hospital this morning.

Vital Victaravich Daineka born in 1970 and registered in Minsk is the 14th victim of the explosion at “October” metro station. He has died in emergency hospital this morning, informs a BelTA reporter.

92 people are still in hospital at the moment.

Niavyhlas: We failed to make professionals out of boys from the yards?

The time when children will play football everywhere, like in Brasil, is still far off, — the Chairman of the Belarusian Football Federation thinks.

The Federation failed in organization of work with boys "in the yards and in classes" during the last 4 years. This leads to poor technique of young footballers, which makes "development of football complicated". Do traffic police hunt cars bearing stickers with national symbols?

Inspectors make charges for a white-red-white flag sticker, paying no attention to other stickers, although almost all of them are forbidden.

Cars decorated with all kinds of stickers can be often seen in the streets, starting from an image of a high-heeled shoe which means a girl is driving, ending with some funny expressions. Traffic police were not noticed to pay much attention to them.
